I’m finally making progress on setting up a shop. Here is the first step, getting an electrical circuit and outlets installed.

Unfortunately, it is in Columbia City, so I have to commute. On the other hand, it’s in the basement of Leslie’s friend (where Leslie intends to move), so it is flexible and she is not charging much rent. (I paid for the electrical work though.)
So where is this mysterious room?
